Freelance Digital illustrators in LisbonFreelance Digital illustrators in LisbonFor the 2023 edition of T&G, Portugal's oldest graphic arts magazine, I was invited to design the cover and back cover — both a challenge and an honor. Rooted in the theme of Sustainability in the Graphic Industry, the design creates a dialogue between print and the natural world.
The illustration portrays a girl reading in harmony with nature, surrounded by thoughtful details: squirrels holding CMYK ink cartridges, a fish symbolizing protected marine life, and trees sprouting as books. Each element transforms sustainability into a visual narrative — light, playful, and meaningful.
Selected as the winning design, the project was featured on the cover and was accompanied by an article inside, where I shared the story behind the concept.
