Beauty booking is a crowded, transactional category. Appts couldn't afford to be another beauty app. Entering LA — a discerning, design-literate market — it had to feel unmistakably premium on first glance, remove the friction that makes booking stressful, and turn a one-off transaction into a relationship worth returning to.

We built the whole project on a single line: Not Another Beauty App.

That meant treating beauty as a ritual, not a checkout. Where competitors sell speed and discounts, Appts sells calm, taste, and trust — a brand you'd be proud to have on your phone, and a booking flow that feels like being looked after rather than processed.

The brand builds trust at first impression; the product removes the friction that loses bookings; and the language — Belong, Return, Rebook — is built for loyalty, not just a first tap. One considered system, brand and interface designed together, working toward the same feeling.
