We’re looking for a Accounting & Finance Operations Lead to own the backbone of Contra’s financial systems from marketplace accounting to forecasting and FP&A. You’ll play a key role in building scalable processes, analyzing performance data, and helping shape financial strategy as we grow.

We’re looking for a customer support specialist who can own user issues end-to-end, thinks fast, and works closely with product and engineering to deliver a seamless support experience. You’ll be the go-to expert on Contra’s product, constantly improving processes, knowledge content, and performance so we can move faster and keep users happy.

This is a senior, high-ownership sales role for experienced sellers who know how to close complex, custom deals. You’ll own enterprise-level partnerships focused on performance-driven UGC and content programs, working directly with marketing and leadership teams at high-growth companies. This is not a transactional AE role. You are expected to run consultative discovery, design custom solutions, and close large, multi-month engagements.
