Title: Scaled a Pharma Company from 1 Client to 1,000+ Partners Across the Caribbean
Description:
As VP then COO of Zimmer & Company, I helped grow a pharmaceutical distribution business from a single client to over 1,000 pharmacies, hospitals, doctors, and medical institutions across Jamaica, Trinidad, Bahamas, and beyond. I built all sales systems, compliance frameworks, inventory processes, and logistics workflows. I managed hybrid and remote teams, negotiated contracts with manufacturers, hosted 24+ radio segments as a brand education initiative, represented the company in international televised media, and planned conferences and expos regionally. When COVID hit I led a full business pivot from CBD distribution to PPE , maintaining complete operational continuity without losing a single client. I decided to step into freelancing so I could provide my services to MANY businesses instead of being tied to just one company! Consider me, a 9-5 Drop-Out, haha!
With 22 years of experience in healthcare, primarily within Healthcare Staffing Agencies!
I bring extensive experience in operations, staffing support, credentialing, executive administration, and workflow coordination.
Services I can help with include:
✔ SOP & Policy Creation
✔ Client Management
✔ Medical Credentialing
✔ Proposal Writing
✔ Recruiting & Staffing Support
✔ Executive Administrative Support
✔ Workflow Organization
✔ Video Editing
I’m excited to continue building, networking, and helping businesses create smoother, more organized operations while supporting their growth.
Let’s connect! 🤝 Yesterday, I wrote an annual report for a humanitarian demining organization I own. The challenge was to communicate the organization’s work in a way that is transparent and credible, while carefully avoiding the disclosure of sensitive details.
Writing about mine clearance requires balance. The task is to provide enough information to satisfy donors, partners, and sponsors, while maintaining operational security and ethical responsibility. The focus is on clarity, accountability, and impact — without revealing specifics that should remain protected.
This project reflects how I approach writing in high-responsibility contexts: shaping information so it is informative, trustworthy, and proportionate, with respect for real-world consequences.
