My favorite part of being a creative is the constant urge to refine and reimagine. I built the Coterie (https://coterie.framer.website/) template over a year ago (it’s been one of my most popular), but that was before I truly understood the power of Framer’s CMS. Since then, I’ve learned how dynamic content transforms a site’s flexibility—allowing layouts, listings, and visuals to update automatically as new properties or details are added. For real estate professionals, that adaptability isn’t optional; it’s essential. So I went back, rethought the structure, and rebuilt it from the ground up. Now, the new Coterie is fully powered by CMS, reusable components, and easy-to-edit text-image containers—simpler, smarter, and built for how people actually use it.

Your portfolio, but make it a personality. I built a FREE Framer template for social media managers, community managers, and content strategists who are tired of the same clean white portfolio every designer hands them. This one has a point of view. Moody hero, scrapbook-style layout, polaroid image placements, scrolling marquees, soft pastel cards on rich brown backgrounds. The kind of site that feels like the person who runs it actually has taste and opinions. What's inside: Hero with paper/clipboard detail and cutout images "A few things you should know" intro section that sounds human Tabbed case studies built around real metrics: followers, engagement rate, sentiment lift Three-tier pricing with expandable details Process breakdown section Scroll animations and appear effects throughout It's free. Swap your name, drop in your numbers, publish. Grab it here → https://www.framer.com/community/marketplace/templates/social-media-manager/
