United Carriers serve sectors with genuinely different requirements, from pharmaceuticals to automotive to retail. The industries hero establishes that range before the page goes into specifics. The hero uses a wide, cinematic frame to signal breadth, then hands off into a structured layout where each sector gets its own handling detail. The intent is to make a broad capability feel specific rather than generic, which is the usual failure mode of an industries page.

Didot clock animation. A clock created entirely from the Didot typeface. This is an old piece I’ve always wanted to animate. The intertwined similarities of this typeface and renaissance craftsmanship was the inspiration behind this piece. The services section is deliberately the most restrained part of the site. Everything before it is built to hold attention. This section is built to answer a question fast. Road freight, sea freight, air freight and warehousing are laid out with a clear hierarchy, consistent card structure and no motion competing with the content. For a considered B2B purchase, this is where the enquiry actually starts. Applying the same visual ambition here would have made it harder to use, so we pulled back on purpose.

Logistics is usually sold on scale: fleet numbers, port coverage, capacity. We wanted the team section to argue the opposite point, that the service is delivered by people making judgement calls. The layout gives each person real presence rather than compressing the team into a thumbnail grid. Portraits are treated at a size that holds attention, with hover states revealing role detail. It's a small section that does a lot of work for trust, especially for a business where clients hand over cargo worth a great deal of money.

A Typographic Odyssey (2020) This study was an adventure inspired by the works of Homer, John Flaxman and the Didot typeface. It was a dedication to the things that inspire me—story, typography, design and art. The Iliad by Homer presented an incredible opportunity to explore layouts and visual storytelling using type. I chose to illustrate 5 scenes from the book using letters entirely from the Didot typeface. This was a wild ride to create and I’m happy I went on it.
