What project details should I share when hiring a Procreate expert?
Start by explaining what you want the freelancer to create. Share specific ideas about the style and look of what you need. Include any colors, themes, or other important details, so the freelancer understands what you want.
How can I ensure the Procreate expert understands my vision?
Set up a meeting or chat to discuss your ideas in detail. Share pictures, sketches, or other examples of the style you like. Encourage the freelancer to ask questions so you both are clear about the project goals.
What should I look for in a Procreate expert’s portfolio?
Look for examples similar to what you need in terms of style and complexity. Check if they have experience with projects like yours. This will help you see if they have the skills you are looking for.
How can we agree on project deliverables for a Procreate task?
Discuss and list all the items you expect the freelancer to deliver. Specify formats, sizes, types of files, and any animations if needed. This helps the freelancer know exactly what to make and deliver.
What timeline should I set for the Procreate project?
Talk about how long each part of the project might take. Agree on a realistic deadline for the final artwork. Having smaller milestones can help keep the project on track.
How can I make sure the freelancer uses Procreate skills effectively?
Ask the freelancer to share how they plan to use Procreate for your project. They should explain the techniques and tools they will use. This can show their expertise and how well they can meet your needs.
What communication tools can help keep the project on track?
Decide on the best way to stay in touch, like emails, messaging apps, or video calls. Set regular check-in times so you can review progress. Good communication helps the project run smoothly.
How can I support the Procreate expert during the project?
Be available to answer questions or provide extra details. Provide feedback quickly and clearly when reviewing progress. This helps the freelancer adjust their work as needed.
What should be included in a Procreate project brief?
Include a project overview, goals, target audience, and any deadlines. Add details like style preferences, color schemes, and any inspirations. A complete brief helps the freelancer deliver exactly what you want.
What should I do if I need changes to the Procreate deliverables?
Discuss how changes will be handled before starting the project. Set guidelines for revisions, like how many rounds of changes are allowed. Clear guidelines help manage expectations and keep both of you happy.
