PROJECT OVERVIEW

East Meets Dress is the first modern cheongsam brand for Asian-Americans. They strive to bring more transparency, quality, and customization to cheongsam dress shopping.
Vivian and Jenn, the co-founders, were looking for new branding that better conveyed the unique vision they had for their business: they wanted to combine modern aesthetics with a cultural twist. In other words they were looking for a brand experience that celebrated their heritage while also appealing to the modern bride. Together, we landing on a visual identity that conveyed an elegant yet approachable feel through refined typography, organic shapes, and bright colors.
