Email marketing that converts

PAVOI is a fashion jewellery brand with a large and active customer base to communicate with via email marketing. The brief covered promotional Klaviyo email campaigns for product launches, sales, and seasonal moments. All templates were designed in Figma with real email client constraints in mind before handover for build, which means fewer problems at the production stage and a better result in the inbox.

Designed for the inbox

Layout, hierarchy, and typography were all considered in the context of how emails actually get read: quickly, and often on mobile. Each email marketing campaign was structured to communicate clearly regardless of how the recipient opened it.

Modular design

Promo campaigns, seasonal sends, and product launches were designed as part of a wider content calendar rather than as isolated pieces. A consistent visual language across sends builds brand familiarity and makes each email feel like it belongs to something bigger.
