UX Design Projects in South AustraliaUX Design Projects in South AustraliaDr Sophia AI went live with its new website in July and I had the pleasure of taking the project through the full design and build process.
I worked closely with the client through discovery phase, starting with market and user research before moving into information architecture and wireframing. We identified six buyer groups, each with a different set of priorities and questions to answer before booking a demo.
That discovery work gave us a clearer view of what each audience needed to understand and helped align expectations across the project. Because the site was prepared for a marketing campaign, the visual system needed to feel memorable as well as credible. I combined familiar corporate patterns with considered motion and clear product communication, keeping every page connected to the same demo pathway.
It was a rewarding build to take from early thinking through to launch, and the current average engagement time of 1 minute 30 seconds is a positive early signal.
For this project I delivered research, UX strategy, information architecture, responsive design, motion and implementation together as one connected delivery.
