Things fell through the cracks, kickoffs were delayed, and no one had a single source of truth. I built a multi-system automation that triggers the moment a deal moves to "Closed Won": Slack alerts go to the right channels, assets are created in Google Drive, projects spin up in Jira, and tickets are logged in Freshdesk — simultaneously.
