QuotePilot is a pricing tool for freelance designers who never know what to charge. Paste your work, log hours, pick the client's country, and it checks your rate against the market and generates a ready-to-send proposal (PDF, WhatsApp, or email) 4 connected screens, prompted end to end in Flowstep. See Quotient in action, explore the full experience, and let me know what you think: https://app.flowstep.ai/file?activeFileId=01288b2c-08c5-437d-b028-c8ebad0efe14

Used Claude to build the video showcase for my new Contra gig — a custom animated QR code service. The hard part wasn't the design, it was the explaining. I had the system that generates and scan-tests the codes, but turning that into a 40-second showcase meant scripting it, sequencing the shots, and writing copy that says what the service does without overselling it. Claude helped me: Draft and tighten the script — cut it from rambling to one clear promise: it's branded, it moves, and it actually scans. Structure the shot list so the animation styles read in order (subtle → bold) instead of as a blur. Write the on-screen captions and the gig copy in my own voice, not generic marketplace filler. What I kept doing myself: every QR code in the video is scan-tested on a real phone before it goes in. Claude's good at the words and the structure — the thing that has to actually work, I still verify by hand. Happy to share the gig or talk through the workflow if it's useful to anyone here.

Most people try to use AI by collecting prompts. That works — briefly. But without structure, prompts create more noise, more decisions, and more mental load. This is the framework I use with senior professionals to help them: • Reduce thinking fatigue • Improve decision clarity • Write and plan faster without losing judgment • Use AI selectively, not constantly AI works best between input and output — not as a replacement for thinking, and not as a tool you use all day. I recently documented this system into a practical executive framework covering: – Communication – Planning & prioritisation – Decision support – Meeting preparation – Workflow friction points Sharing a few slides here for anyone rethinking how AI fits into their daily work. If this resonates and you want it tailored to your role, happy to talk.
