Hiring rarely takes too long because of talent. It takes too long because of indecision, unclear handoffs, and broken workflows. This project shows how I redesigned the hiring process to reduce time-to-hire to 10 days by tightening ownership, standardizing steps, and removing unnecessary delays. Sharing a snapshot of that system here.

Recruitment breaks down when too much lives in people’s heads. As teams scaled, I saw the same issues repeat: inconsistent handoffs, unclear ownership, and decisions depending on who happened to be online. So I documented the full recruitment workflow, step by step, into clear SOPs the team could actually use. These SOPs turned tribal knowledge into a repeatable system and reduced friction across recruiting, ops, and account management. Sharing a snippet here from that work.

The leadership team needed clarity on ownership and decision-making as the company scaled. I implemented an Accountability Chart in Ninety (EOS) to clearly define roles, responsibilities, and ownership across departments. This eliminated overlap, reduced decision bottlenecks, and created clearer accountability for leadership and team members. Shared here is a snippet of the finalized chart.

The company needed to scale its SDR team fast, but onboarding was entirely manual. I designed a 7-module SDR training program with clear, repeatable SOPs for all incoming hires. The result: onboarding time reduced by one week and a smoother handoff for leadership. This is one module from the full training build.

Modern organic milk, but make it luxury. 🥛 I recently wrapped the brand identity and packaging design for Moo Moo, a modern high-end milk brand based in Toronto. Packaging mockup was made with AI and I added my final design and edits in Photoshop. This project was a great reminder of why cohesive brand systems matter so much: -Custom wordmark with “O” counters inspired by cow spots + the flow of milk -Pattern system built from those same organic shapes -Collateral (cartons, billboards, thank-you cards) When every touchpoint is aligned, a brand stops feeling generic and starts feeling instantly recognizable. I chose models with vitiligo intentionally✨ Their unique skin patterns reminded me of cow spots. A visual nod to individuality & natural beauty.
