In designing this ERP dashboard for logistics finance management, the goal was to create a unified control center for enterprise financial operations. Rather than fragmenting workflows across multiple tools, the platform consolidates key elements such as revenue streams, operational costs, payroll, taxes, and invoices into a single, intuitive interface.

Started a 16-week bulk in January. Halfway through.

The plan was to track macros, train consistently, see what happens. What I didn't expect was how structuring one part of my life would affect everything else.

The gym became the anchor. When FIFA work gets chaotic, training stays constant. When NYC winter makes it easy to hibernate, it forces me out. When Contra projects come in, I have the energy to execute.

Results: +7-8 lbs, lifts up, better sleep, sharper at work. But the bigger thing is feeling more in control of my time, focus, ability to follow through. The discipline from tracking nutrition bleeds into managing projects and showing up for clients.
