I designed and implemented a fully remote onboarding system to support a growing global SaaS team. This included setting up an HRIS, creating compliant hiring documents, building SOPs for repeatable workflows, and aligning stakeholders across departments.
From DocuSign workflows to ClickUp task templates and G Suite file systems, I streamlined processes that enhanced employee experience while reducing admin load. I also collaborated cross-functionally to ensure each new hire had a smooth start, from compliance to culture integration.
