Logistics and Supply Chain professional with 9+ years of hands-on experience across 3PL fulfillment, produce distribution, freight operations, and e-commerce. I've managed teams, supervised multi-brand account portfolios, and built processes that improve productivity and on-time delivery at every stage of the supply chain.

Currently working as a Freight Produce Supervisor, where I manage quality and inventory control for organic and conventional produce, oversee inbound deliveries, and train QC and IC auditors on inspection procedures for JIT and cross-dock loads. Before that, I spent a year as a Produce Logistics Dispatcher, optimizing inbound/outbound truckloads, managing carrier relationships, and building weekly optimization reports that tracked cost savings across the distribution center.

As a freelance Logistics and Supply Chain consultant, I've worked with clients in 3PL, distribution, and e-commerce, handling dispatching, shipment optimization, account management. I've supervised teams, onboarded new logistics clerks and dispatchers, and managed marketplace product listings and order fulfillment.

Earlier in my career, I served as an Assistant Account Manager at a 3PL warehouse, where I led a team of 6 coordinators and managed a portfolio of brand accounts spanning beauty, apparel, and retail. I oversaw B2B and B2C order processing, monitored KPIs and SLAs, reviewed LTL, FTL, cross-dock, and intermodal load plans, and ran bi-weekly client meetings on account health and shipment metrics. I also introduced an online training program that improved onboarding speed and team productivity.

I'm proficient in Microsoft Excel, Notion, Canva, and logistics platforms like Trimble (TruckMate), SPS Commerce, TrueCommerce, NetSuite, InOrder, Pipedrive, and Zendesk. I hold certificates in Data Analytics, Advanced Excel, and Supply Chain Management from Coursera.
