Freelancers using ZoteroFreelancers using ZoteroAs lead author of Invasive Pythons in the United States: Ecology of an Introduced Predator (University of Georgia Press), I worked with my colleague and synthesized emerging research on one of the most consequential wildlife invasions in North America. The book integrates field data, ecological theory, and management implications to provide a comprehensive, evidence-based assessment of python impacts on native ecosystems. I led the development, structure, and narrative of the manuscript, translating complex and often fragmented research into a clear, authoritative, and cohesive volume. This work demonstrates my ability to shape technically complex, interdisciplinary material into publication-ready writing that is both scientifically rigorous and accessible to a broad audience, including researchers, managers, policymakers, and informed general readers.
