Hey Contra fam! 👋 A lot of you saw Version 1 of my Interstellar AI project when it won 2nd place in the CapCut Video Studio Challenge recently. The support from this community during that run was absolutely unreal, so I wanted to share the next evolution with you first. Here is Version 2. I wanted to see how far I could push the current AI video stack to mimic high-end cinematic language. I built this entirely from scratch—made in Higgsfield—to try and nail a very specific, gritty, and tactile aesthetic. Dialing in the prompt architecture to get consistent, heavy motion (like the massive wave and the curved space station) took a lot of trial and error, but the level of control Higgsfield offers creators right now is incredible. I’m always refining my prompt workflow for client projects, but passion pieces like this are where the real R&D happens. If anyone is currently building out their own AI video pipelines or wrestling with motion consistency, drop a comment! I’d love to chat about what tools you’re all testing right now.

When clients ask what the difference is between a generated video and a directed AI video, this is the benchmark. This project explores a high-end, cinematic visual language—specifically targeting a gritty aesthetic. The Workflow: Prompt Architecture: Built initial shot structures using custom Tapebot integration for precise, repeatable visual rules. Motion Generation: Orchestrated complex motion pipelines using Seedance and Nano Banana Pro, focusing on the physical impact of the subjects (like the heavy gallop of the horse) and subtle camera tracking. Sound Design: Grounded the generated visuals using isolated, ambient foley to build tension, proving that premium sound design is non-negotiable for AI content. Available now for AI Video Lead roles and creative motion projects. Let's build something cinematic.

Hey everyone! I recently spent some time deep in the AI video pipeline, recreating a commercial guide developed by Higgsfield. When orchestrating these types of AI-generated commercials, getting the motion prompts and visual tone perfectly aligned is the biggest hurdle. For this piece, the focus was all on environmental contrast. I had to ensure the prompt architecture supported a smooth transition from a very stylized, pastel morning routine into a rigid, desaturated office space. The fluid tracking shots were crucial here to anchor the viewer in the character's "audio bubble," making the final comedic payoff—where the high-stress environment is completely neutralized by the music—actually land. Would love to hear how others in the community are currently utilizing Higgsfield or similar tools for commercial shot lists and motion direction!

The Foundry — AXIOM ONE (15s spec spot) New spec drop: a cinematic launch film for a product I invented specifically to direct against — AXIOM ONE, a precision-milled titanium earbud. Process notes for anyone building in AI video: One 15s generation, but directed like a real spot: a locked global style prefix (cinematic / Kodak film emulation), a written product spec repeated verbatim, and three engineered cuts inside a single prompt. Continuity across the wider anthology comes from reference stills generated first, then fed into every video generation — the product never drifts. The "hyper-motion" feel is written as in-camera language: high-frame-rate capture, mixed shutter, engineered speed ramps — not "make it fast." This is Film II of four. Same product, four completely different stories, one visual DNA. Open for cinematic AI ad work — launch films, brand spots, product cinema.

MAHABHARATA — FROZEN MOMENTS. The epic's four turning points, suspended mid-instant in bronze: the dice throw, the unending sari, the charge at Kurukshetra, the bed of arrows. The reference format is frozen-time tableaux — 26 seconds, only 3 cuts, the world stopped at 2% speed while a single camera orbits through each moment with an ease-out. I reverse-engineered its grade before shooting anything: bronze-gold chiaroscuro, warm blacks, average frame brightness under 20% — one light source carving figures out of darkness. The build inverts normal production: • The keyframe is the film — each still sculpted in Nano Banana Pro until the frozen moment is perfect, suspension baked in (dice mid-air, shards mid-shatter, embers hanging) • Seedance 2.0 animates only the camera: one 360° orbit per 6-second shot, deceleration prompted in, landing on a named final frame • Four shots, soft dissolves, one continuous score — zero hard cuts • Reference screenshots fed as style conditioning so the cast-bronze material never drifts between shots Third entry in my Mahabharata series (after Suryaputra and The Bones). This is the pipeline I bring to launch and brand films — if you're building something that deserves mythology-grade imagery, Let's Talk!

FIRST TIME ON GROUND — a fashion film shot across Egypt, except nobody went to Egypt. The reference: a real brand film that took 7 days of shooting across the country. I reverse-engineered its edit down to the frame — one 4.5-second opening hold, cuts accelerating from 1s to 0.5s, a one-second strobe burst on the drop, then two seconds of stillness to close. That rhythm is why those films feel expensive. Then I rebuilt the whole thing from zero: • 14 scenes, directed from a full shotlist before generating a single frame • Keyframes in Nano Banana Pro — one locked style system (crimson-amber silhouettes + high-contrast B/W for negative flashes) • Motion in Seedance 2.0 — one decisive camera move per shot, the cutting rhythm lives in the timeline, not the prompt • Title cards generated too, projector flicker included, in a single multishot pass • Graded and cut in Premiere Solo. Zero flights. The edit does 60% of the work — the footage does 40%. This is the production model I bring to launch films and brand films: a real location shoot's craft, without the location. If you're launching something and want a film like this, Lets Talk!

Recreated Inception's most iconic frames as AI film — entirely in Renoise. The folding Paris cityscape, the rotating-gravity hallway, the city crumbling into the sea, and the spinning top that never quite stops. Pipeline: Nano Banana Pro for keyframes → Seedance 2.0 for motion → stitched and graded for that cold IMAX teal. The trick with Inception is that it's set inside dreams, so any surreal instability in the motion reads as intentional dream-logic rather than an AI artifact — it's almost the perfect film to rebuild this way. This is the follow-up to my Interstellar recreation (2nd place, Contra × CapCut). Building these as a series now. Curious what scene I should take on next. 👇

Vision driven. Intentional. Cinematic impact. Introducing the new visual foundation for my work as a Creative Director and AI Video Lead. The goal was to strip away the noise and build an identity that reflects the tactile, high-contrast world of cinematic production and immersive web design. A sleek palette of Deep Obsidian and Graphite, letting the work speak for itself. Grateful for the recent wins and features with the community that helped catalyze this next chapter. Let’s build something visually intelligent. Drop a 🎬 if you’re vibing with the dark mode aesthetic.

Hey community! Dropping a quick style frame and motion pipeline test I wrapped up recently. The Goal: Achieve a gritty, found-footage aesthetic with an FPV drone chase that feels organic rather than a clean, digital AI generation. The Process & Workarounds: Base generations focused heavily on camera physics (banking, velocity, and high-speed tracking). Post-production work to heavily crush the color grade into a moody, midnight teal palette. Implemented heavy digital grain overlays and timed lightning flashes to mask geometry clipping and maintain the dreamlike atmosphere. I’m currently booking for late Q2/Q3 for AI video pipelines, motion design, and digital brand storytelling. If you have a project that needs a raw, cinematic edge, let’s connect and collaborate. 🚀

👋 Sharing a new passion project I just wrapped up: a cinematic teaser for a Mahabharata series focusing on Karna. As a Creative Producer, I'm always looking to push the boundaries of AI video pipelines to see how close we can get to a massive, big-budget aesthetic. For this, I found a sweet spot using Nano Banana Pro for the gritty base imagery and Seedance 2.0 to get that heavy, grounded motion on complex actions. Always experimenting with new workflows—would love to hear what tools you all are using for motion generation lately!

Diving deep into macro simulations for a 4K kinetic beverage spot. 🧊🍊 Wanted to push the boundaries of high-velocity liquid simulation and cinematic art direction. For this dynamic spec ad for 'Fizzon,' the goal was to seamlessly transition from a crisp, macro product open straight into a surreal, immersive world of fizzing liquid landscapes and high-contrast fruit geometry. Focused heavily on backlighting to get that warm, premium glow piercing through the splashes, paired with punchy, tactile sound design to ground the abstract visuals. Always looking for ways to make the product reveal feel inevitable but unpredictable. Would love to know: How is the pacing hitting for you? Does the audio sync build enough tension before the final splashdown? Drop your thoughts below! 👇

How do you make a viewer feel a flavor? ⚡🍬 For my second spot for Fizzbears, I pushed the creative execution past pure environmental rendering and into mixed-media storytelling. Pushing a prompt to get a cool background is easy. Crafting a cohesive 15-second commercial that handles product placement, character animation, a massive shift in scale, and a live-action human reaction? That’s where the real work happens. What I focused on for this edit: 🏙️ The Gummy Metropolis: Building a stylized, festival-inspired city with distinct mascot personalities (from DJs to skateboarders). 🪡 Seamless Pacing: Syncing the heavy synth-pop track with rapid focal-length shifts to keep the energy high-octane. 🎯 Product Framing: Ensuring the "Fizzbears" packaging remains the hero asset at the start and finish of the journey. Great commercial work isn't about the tools you use; it’s about how seamlessly you blend them to keep a user from scrolling past. 🔥 Let’s build your brand’s universe.

A cinematic exploration of scale, atmosphere, and survival.🏜️📽️ I wanted to see how far I could push Seedance 2.0 and GPT Image 2 by using them non-linearly. Instead of generating single clips, I used a Custom Text node to set a strict visual language, built a 2x2 storyboard sheet to guarantee asset control, and fed that entire structure into the video engine. The final cut features custom sound nodes to drive the narrative pacing from a quiet opening whisper to a massive industrial crescendo.

If your creative assets don't evoke a physical reaction, they fail. 🧠⚡ In CPG marketing, attention is the only currency that matters. If a user doesn't stop within the first 1.5 seconds, your render didn't happen. For this Fizzbears spot, my goal as a Creative Producer wasn't just to make something "look cool"—it was to trigger a sensory memory. I wanted to simulate the exact, mouth-watering feeling of biting into a sour gummy using style scale and hyper-vibrant color theory. The Attention-Stopping Stack: 💎 Crystalline sugar rendering that feels tangible. 🌌 An "Interstellar-style" light tunnel transition. ⚡ Audio design that snaps perfectly on the beat. Stop chasing generic loops. Start building worlds that command attention. 📌 Drop a comment or message me if you want to elevate your brand’s next visual campaign.

Fizzbears: A Study in Texture & Motion 🍬⚡ Bringing "sour" to life. The goal for this Fizzbears spot was simple: make the viewer feel the texture. I focused on the macro details of the sugar crystals and high-energy physics to create a 9-second hook that’s as punchy as the product. Key Deliverables: Macro Realism: Pushing for tangible texture in every gummy. Vibrant Palette: Flavor-coded transitions with a clean, high-end polish. Rhythmic Edit: Precision-synced sound design for maximum impact. Created with an end-to-end AI video workflow.

How I built a cinematic brand identity in the "White Void. I recently wrapped this spec project for Nike, focusing on a minimalist aesthetic I call "The White Void." As an AI Video Lead and Developer, I treat AI as a digital camera, not a "generator. Key Takeaways for Clients: Texture over Shine: We used matte satin and pilled cotton textures to avoid the "AI look." Motion Logic: Every camera move (from dolly zooms to impact tremors) was prompted to feel like a $1M production. Sonic Sync: The edit is driven by the heartbeat of the character. I’m currently taking on new projects for studios looking to bridge the gap between AI tech and high-end cinematic standards. Check out my full portfolio on my profile!

2nd Place in the CapCut AI Video Studio Challenge! 🥈 I’m incredibly stoked to announce that I’ve taken 2nd Place ($2,000) in the CapCut Video Studio Challenge right here on Contra. For this piece, I leaned into my obsession with the "Nolan" aesthetic—specifically focusing on 70mm IMAX textures and a cinematic narrative that bridges the gap between the grounded and the galactic. Hearing the judges break down my "Interstellar" tribute and call the shots "VFX-worthy" during the live announcement was a massive highlight. The Workflow: I utilized the new VideoStudio ecosystem, using the integrated Seedance engine to art-direct every frame. It was all about precision—syncing the atmosphere and scale to ensure the AI felt like a high-end camera, not just a generator. The Mindset: Most people look for a peak, but I’ve learned that when you’re built to keep climbing, there is no ceiling. This win is just the new baseline. Huge thanks to Zoë and the Contra team for the recognition and for pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in the freelance ecosystem. On to the next one.

Bloom AI — Cinematic Landing Page & Boot Sequence Developed the interactive landing page for Bloom, an AI-powered floral design platform. The project demanded a highly premium, "Awwwards-caliber" aesthetic merging organic video elements with futuristic, dark-mode glassmorphism. Technical Highlights: Custom Preloader: Engineered a "Botanical Boot Sequence" featuring a dynamic iridescent SVG loading ring that expands into a portal wipe. Advanced Glassmorphism: Wrote custom CSS layers utilizing background-blend-mode: luminosity, fractal noise SVGs, and gradient borders via -webkit-mask-composite. Fluid Motion: Implemented Framer Motion for buttery-smooth staggered entrances, spring-physics hover states, and a custom mix-blend-difference fluid cursor. Tech Stack: React, Tailwind CSS, Framer Motion, Lucide Icons.

Harry Potter. Shot on 70mm IMAX. 📽️⚡️ No humans. Just the weight of the stone, the hum of the magic, and the grit of the Wizarding World through a Nolan-esque lens. From the brushed-metal texture of the opening monolith to the viscous silver of the Pensieve, every frame was prompted for maximum tactile realism.

Throwback to a project from 2023. This might look like a video, but it's actually a real-time 3D character experience I built and coded using WebGL and Three.js. Love exploring what's possible right in the browser. Check it out live (https://shezaan2210.github.io/cyberfiction/) What should I build next?🧠

Just cooked this up in After Effects today. Playing around with some glitch and chromatic aberration for a retro look. Thinking of the Contra community! What do you guys think?🔥

Had a lot of fun with this one. I challenged myself to create a photorealistic fashion editorial using only Midjourney. Pretty blown away by the results.

They Said AI Can't Be Art... So I Made This. The debate around AI art is one of the most important conversations in the creative world right now. Is it the tool that defines the artist, or the vision and intention behind it? This is my take. Every piece in this video was crafted with a specific vision, using Midjourney as my digital paintbrush. The human element is in the concept, the curation, and the endless refinement. What do you think? Let me know in the comments.
