I’m excited to share this again (https://www.instagram.com/reel/DNJOz6nuF4m/?utm_source=ig_web_button_share_sheet&igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==)—this time for the #shareyourwork challenge.😊 Following a few happy accidents 🧪, I found myself shaping deliberately “mutilated” textures: a blend of industrial hip-hop, distorted IDM, illbient, digital hardcore, and noise. To balance the grit ⚖️, I folded in traditional Chinese plucked timbres—especially the guzheng—bent, stretched, and re-amped until it clicked 🎼. I began with no clear approach, and then the pieces started connecting 🧩 and the flow arrived (aaand… yep, that’s the moment I chase) ✨ Huge thanks to @fafa_motion (https://www.instagram.com/fafa_motion/) for considering me for the sound design on this beautiful piece.

For this 3D animation created by the amazing @nicolemadethat (https://www.instagram.com/nicolemadethat/) , in collaboration with @dot_dot_dash (https://www.instagram.com/dot_dot_dash/) and featuring the stunning work of @craigandkarl (https://www.instagram.com/craigandkarl/) at the iconic @melbournecentral (https://www.instagram.com/melbournecentral/)We had so much fun experimenting with plastic rustling sounds and layering in some impressionist-style strings to add a whole new dimension. Of course, I couldn’t resist adding my signature string pizzicatos for that playful, dynamic touch! 🎻✨ Big thanks to @nicolemadethat (https://www.instagram.com/nicolemadethat/) for trusting me with this incredible project—it was such a blast to bring it to life!
