Bridging Learning Gaps | P&G Shiksha & Ei's Journey with Tribal Students This documentary-style impact film highlights the transformative collaboration between P&G Shiksha and Educational Initiatives (Ei) in improving learning outcomes for tribal and underserved students. Through authentic classroom experiences, personal stories, interviews with educators and students, and on-ground documentation, the film showcases how technology-enabled learning is helping bridge educational gaps and create equal opportunities for children in remote communities. The narrative combines emotional storytelling with cinematic visuals, classroom observations, aerial perspectives, and real-life success stories to demonstrate the measurable impact of quality education. The film emphasizes the power of collaboration, innovation, and inclusive learning in shaping brighter futures for thousands of students. My Contribution Production Manager Managed on-ground production logistics, shoot planning, crew coordination, permissions, schedules, and overall production workflow across multiple locations. Ensured smooth execution of the documentary while maintaining production efficiency and timelines. 2nd Unit Cinematographer Captured cinematic B-roll of classrooms, student interactions, school environments, community life, and supporting visual sequences. Worked closely with the primary cinematography team to maintain a consistent visual language and documentary style throughout the film. Video Editor Edited the complete documentary into a compelling, emotionally engaging narrative. Structured interviews, classroom footage, drone visuals, and observational sequences into a seamless story.
