The screen that decides your morning for you

An internal CRM and admin panel for a company that owns five separate digital products — corporate training, tutoring, influencer matching, family management and collectibles.

When one team runs a whole portfolio, the daily question is which product needs attention first. This dashboard answers it before anyone opens a single project.

Each product gets a card at the top with its active users, MRR, open tickets and email open rate. The card turns amber or red when a number moves. Alerts underneath explain what changed and by how much, each with an Investigate button.

Then the operational rows: accounts frozen for non-payment, plans close to their seat limit, users whose access ends in 30 days with a Message button beside them.

The page ends with the monthly review charts — user growth over the year, MRR for each product and how the revenue splits between them. The palette stays graphite, so amber and red stand out the moment they appear.

Filters at the top narrow everything down to one product or one date range and each person sees only the products their role covers.
