June is already moving fast, but I’m starting to look ahead to the second half of the year and the new adventures, brands, and challenges that might come with it.
@Rohit Saini Don't worry, we are in the same boat. I also resigned from my stressful job this year, and I am currently in a struggling phase, despite having over 12 years of experience in the design field. The most difficult times give us the best lessons. This shall pass, too. A good time is coming our way soon. Good Luck!
@Rohit Saini@Koonj Imdad Exactly, the frustration is super understandable and it happened to me too, but your first clients will come sooner rather than later. Just keep your profile updated, post case studies and projects and request reviews from past clients so your profile keeps growing, that really helps!!
A little more about the inspiration behind Tindara.
I wanted the identity to have a connection to Tindari, Sicily. The Madonna di Tindari statue was the starting point for the symbol, while Sicilian decorative patterns inspired the graphics around it.
For the colors, I chose mustard yellow, deep green, and burgundy, balanced with cream. I wanted to bring some of that warmth and richness into the packaging, while keeping the different elements comfortable together.
For me, these references are what give the project its character and sense of place.
