It takes (a lot more than) two to Tango.
We started working with Annie and the Tango team in November 2022, doing influencer and creator sourcing for them. We research and source a weekly list of 15-20 influencers and creators from Instagram and TikTok that include:
- Their contact info (first and last name, and email address)
- Social media handles (Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts)
- A personalized sentence to spice up your cold emails with an extra dose of authenticity.
- Plus, social metrics for each platform, like follower counts, engagement rates, average video views, likes, and even an estimated watch time.
Our biggest challenge for this project is the time spent finding new creators on the different platforms, but we're thankful that the team is there to help us with keywords and to answer any question we might have 💛
What is Tango?
Tango is a tool that enables users to capture processes on their screens and transform them into shareable, step-by-step guides known as “Tangos,” or “Workflows.” These Tangos can be used to build documentation, help articles or to explain anything to anyone without the need for screen sharing, meetings, or videos.
Tango is designed to enhance knowledge sharing, making it more efficient and interactive, thereby helping users and teams maintain their focus, avoid interruptions, and overcome work obstacles.

Our process
Each week we source around 15-20 influencers who have a specific number of followers and create niche content, so the Tango team can review and reach out to them.
The process is somewhat automated thanks to Airtable, where we just input the information, including the personalized sentence, so that when they send the email it feels more personal.
The team then gives us feedback, and we repeat the process all over again the next week!
