TRACS Profitability Workshop NAPA TRACS is a comprehensive auto repair shop management software designed to increase a shop's efficiency and profitability. In this 4 An hour-long course, I combine Camtasia tutorials along with software simulations to help the shop owners learn to use specific features of the software more quickly to help their shops make more money.  There is also a comprehensive exam at the end, which requires the user to demonstrate proficiency with the software to earn certification. The course is currently being rolled out to all the NAPA shops in the US.

Metis Governance, Self-Determination, and Policy in Healthcare Link to project: https://360.articulate.com/review/content/cf46c116-3d78-4c5a-af8c-af8d5a53de75/review The Métis Nation of Ontario, a distinct Indigenous people, received a grant to create a 5 Module course for healthcare workers to help these personnel recognize the unique needs and backgrounds of this group.   In this Articulate Storyline course, I worked with a designer who was able to incorporate many of their historical patterns and beadwork in the custom design. I also use VEO3 to create AI videos which depicted common situations that have occurred and may occur between various healthcare providers and the Metis people. The customer was thrilled with the course and is distributing it to healthcare workers throughout the region.

It's called "Uniclutch Sales Training", it was a storyline course I made for a company based off Australia. UniClutch is an innovative, modular clutch system developed by the Australian manufacturer Clutch Industries. I was tasked to create this Articulate Storyline course for NAPA Salespeople to learn about and sell the product. It features a sleek, modern design customized for the company, branching based on role, including real-world scenarios for each sales process.  It is currently being used as sales training in the US and Australia. Safeguarding refers to the proactive measures and policies put in place to protect people’s health, well-being, and human rights. It ensures that vulnerable individuals, particularly children and adults at risk, can live free from abuse, harm, and neglect. In this multi-lesson Articulate Rise course, I used a variety of videos, characters, games,  personal stories, and interactive blocks throughout to help learners understand how vulnerable populations can be put at risk of abuse by NGO workers. A downloadable Learner Journal allows the students to record their thoughts and stories, helping them to cement the knowledge learned through the training. Disclaimer this is NOT a solo project, I worked with a senior instructional designer and professional QA tester.

I created 54 reusable interactions and 22 templates in Articulate Rise & Storyline, developed team job aids, and helped establish the FAA’s visual and interaction standards used by over 150 developers. Outcome: Some of the FAA’s highest-rated training experiences to date.

I built a tagging hierarchy and database structure to catalog every course, created missing pieces in Articulate Rise, and implemented metadata rules to flag compliance updates automatically. The result was a three-year backlog cleared and a sustainable structure for future growth. Outcome: Streamlined 700+ courses, eliminated redundancy, and created a single source of truth for learning assets.

When Microsoft’s learning innovation team explored how AI could help people upskill faster, I designed a CoPilot-aligned eLearning prototype to show the vision in action. Using Articulate Storyline, Figma, and custom JavaScript, I built a chat-based simulation that mimicked real AI dialogue — branching conversations, interactive media, and learner input fields. The result was an executive-facing prototype polished enough to demo to the Chief Diversity Officer. Focus: AI-integrated UX, Instructional Design, Accessibility Outcome: Delivered a dynamic, conversational learning experience that demonstrated how AI could transform internal training.

A leadership development program had real bones — great mentors, meaningful coaching, personal storytelling. Learners still weren't finishing it. The problem wasn't the content. It was the connective tissue. Every component had been built independently, with no shared thread linking them together. The mindset assessment learners completed on day one was never referenced again — valuable self-knowledge with nowhere to go. I diagnosed the breakdown, mapped the full learner journey, and repositioned the assessment as the anchor the program had been missing. Then I rebuilt the assessment itself — paper form to interactive digital tool — with automatic scoring, personalized feedback, LMS integration, and guidance for mentors and coaches on how to weave it through every session. Drop-off declined significantly. Learners came in with more self-awareness. Facilitators finally had a shared thread to pull on. The program didn't just get more structured — it got more human.
