I’ve learned that having a clear process makes my work more focused and effective. It helps me stay aligned with both learner needs and project goals, while also giving me a framework to be creative within. At the same time, I know every project is different, so I adapt the process as I go – making changes based on context, constraints, and feedback.

Cold calling was intimidating for learners, and many had never done it before.

I introduced the course with reassuring messaging and quick wins. I used video modeling, realistic examples, and positive framing to shift their mindset before diving into tactics.
