I designed and developed a comprehensive e-learning course for managers focused on coaching skills, constructive feedback, and leadership development. Using Articulate Rise as the primary platform, I integrated elements from Articulate Storyline to enhance interactivity, including scenario-based learning, quizzes, and drag-and-drop exercises. The course provides managers with hands-on practice in real-life coaching scenarios and feedback delivery, aiming to strengthen their ability to nurture leadership potential within their teams. Each module blends engaging content with practical assessments, creating a dynamic, learner-centered experience that supports skill-building in a progressive and interactive way.
