I work with clients to create bespoke training materials. Job Aids / SOPs are typically PDF based documents with screenshots of a client system taking a user through a task. These are useful when new software or systems are being implemented.
In this project, I worked with a large-scale organization to create training documentation on how to access their UKG Pro app and how to perform functions within the UKG system.
