It builds momentum, clarity, and excitement the moment someone hits “purchase.” Here’s what I always include: ✨ A warm welcome video ✨ Clear “start here” path ✨ Early wins so they feel progress fast ✨ Automations that guide them step-by-step ✨ A community touchpoint or check-in Because if your students don’t know exactly what to do on Day 1… They’ll disappear by Day 7. Build the course, yes. But build the onboarding with just as much intention. That’s where retention, testimonials, and transformation actually begin. Are you onboarding your students like a pro? I rebuilt key areas of the website and landing pages, adding custom course search and filtering to improve discovery as the catalog expanded. A major component was rebuilding the Academy Library using custom code, extending Kajabi’s native features to support better organization, navigation, and a smoother learning experience.
