Kajabi Course Redesign for Health & Fitness Brand

📝 Project Description: Kate had a thriving course but was ready for an upgrade. She wanted a more engaging learning experience with an elevated design.

⚙️ What I Did:

Phase 1: Strategy We kicked things off with a strategy session. My team’s product specialist reviewed Kate’s goals, and then we collaborated on a call to map out the new course structure. This included:

A fresh design aligned with her brand guidelines

An upgraded user experience to make course videos easy to find and access

Interactive features to keep students engaged and motivated

Plans for new course videos and materials

Phase 2: Course Setup We created branded slide decks for Kate to use while filming her new course videos. While she recorded, we built out the redesigned course using a Kajabi product theme from Jiffy Courses (included in her package).

Phase 3: Course Review & Testing Once the course was assembled, Kate reviewed the product and shared her feedback. We made the necessary edits and thoroughly tested the entire course experience.

✅ Outcome: Kate’s existing students were seamlessly added to the upgraded course—and they loved the transformation. Now, Kate has a polished membership program she’s excited to grow.
