Sean Olson from the Intentional Leader Network needed support turning his group coaching vision into a streamlined online experience. He wanted a simple, professional course platform paired with a private community to host his leadership training and ongoing group coaching program.

A dedicated strategy session kicked things off, where my product specialist clarified goals, audience, and program structure. Together, they mapped out a cohesive course and community ecosystem, including:

A structure for recurring group coaching calls

A dedicated community space for ongoing engagement and support

The next step was building a clean, user-friendly experience inside Kajabi. This included:

Designing an intuitive course layout so leaders can easily navigate lessons and resources

Configuring a branded community environment that matches Sean’s coaching style and reinforces his leadership framework

Once the course and community were assembled, Sean and his team completed a full walkthrough and provided detailed feedback. The build was then refined, updated, and thoroughly tested to ensure:

Reliable links between course, community, and group coaching calls

A frictionless experience for new members from day one

The Intentional Leader Network is now live and already has 25 members in its yearly membership. With the course, community, and coaching all centralized in Kajabi, the program is primed and ready to scale.
