Learning Edge came to me ready to elevate their customer journey. They offered incredible programs and content β but users struggled to find what they needed. We partnered to build a clean, organized Kajabi site that streamlined navigation and aligned with their business goals.

Phase 1: Strategy
We began with three strategy sessions focused on site structure, design, and copy. This phase also included repositioning and repricing some of their core offers.
Together, we planned:
A homepage showcasing their mission and services
An about page to share their story and values
A complimentary training page for easy webinar signups
A programs page linking to detailed sales pages
A partnerships page to highlight B2B opportunities
We also identified the need for nurturing upsell sequences and Zapier integrations between Kajabi and Zoom. I provided copy templates and frameworks, reviewing their drafts to keep everything clear, branded, and conversion-focused.
Phase 2: Website Creation
We started with the homepage to finalize the new branding, then built out the remaining pages. Once the core site was done, we implemented upsell sequences and Zapier connections.
Phase 3: Refinement & Optimization
With the full site live, we completed two revision rounds to polish the site,optimize mobile performance, connect automations, and add basic SEO (titles +meta descriptions).
Phase 4: Final Testing
Before launch, my team and the Learning Edge team tested the site across devices. We also delivered explainer videos so their team could confidently manage updates going forward.
