I developed a 6-month strategic roadmap, streamlining his core offerings and ensuring a seamless customer journey. Key elements included:

Transforming group coaching into an asynchronous course
Establishing an upsell pathway for high-ticket consulting offers
Designing a LinkedIn promotion strategy for the new system
