Before
Alliance of Change had their website live. The mission was in motion. But under the hood — nothing was connected yet.
Courses weren’t structured. Emails weren’t triggered. There was no real member experience, just content waiting to be delivered.
They needed someone to come in, make the systems make sense, and get everything ready to go — without turning it into a giant, overbuilt mess.
What I Built
This was a full Kajabi setup — no guesswork, no duct tape.
Structured their course area to flow logically from start to finish
Built a resource library for long-term access and re-engagement
Set up a community page so members had a space to connect and reflect
Created automations that handled access, tagging, and timing without manual follow-up
Wrote and installed email sequences triggered immediately after enrollment
Styled their login and library areas to feel consistent with their brand
Delivered a live walkthrough so their internal team felt in control of it all
After
Now, Alliance of Change has an actual engine behind the work.
Members sign up and immediately get what they need.
Emails arrive on time.
Courses flow naturally.
No broken links. No tech stress. No chaos.
It’s the kind of setup that doesn’t call attention to itself — because it just works.
