My Approach: Strategy Before Design
Before any design work started, I mapped the full visitor journey.
Jaime's audience arrives at different awareness levels. An individual manager who just found his content on LinkedIn is in a different headspace than a VP of HR evaluating him as a potential partner for their organization. The site had to speak to both without feeling scattered.
I structured the navigation and page flow so that no matter where a visitor landed, there was a clear next step that made sense for them.
One deliberate decision: I placed the quiz early in the user journey — before the services page — because Jaime's Standout Score framework is his strongest differentiator.
