Kajabi Retreat Sales Page for Come Back to Love's Costa Rica Retreat

Client: Robyn Vogel — Founder of Come Back to Love Project: Custom Kajabi Retreat Sales Page Design & Build

The Challenge

Robyn had a powerful retreat concept, a loyal community, and an existing Kajabi sales page. But the page didn't do justice to the kind of retreat she hosts.
It didn't capture the atmosphere, the transformation, or the experience waiting for attendees. People needed to feel what it would be like to be there before they were ready to book. Her existing page wasn't creating that connection, so it wasn't turning enough interest into retreat bookings.
Come Back to Love isn't a vacation with yoga. It's a transformational experience designed to help women reconnect with themselves on a deeper level. Robyn needed a page that could hold the energy of that offer — something intentional, soulful, and immersive. Not a template with retreat photos dropped in.

My Approach

I started by understanding what makes Robyn's retreat different from every other wellness retreat on the market. That distinction shaped every design decision.
The page needed to sell an experience, not a product. So instead of leading with logistics and itinerary, I structured the flow to lead with atmosphere and emotional connection. Each section builds on the last — moving the visitor from curiosity to connection to confidence to commitment.
I chose imagery, spacing, and pacing that reflect the retreat itself: warm, grounded, spacious. The CTAs land at the moments where the reader has enough emotional context to act — not before. The layout feels rich and high-end without being heavy, because the retreat itself is that way.
Everything was designed and built natively inside Kajabi.

What I Delivered

Custom Kajabi retreat sales page designed and built from scratch
Strategic page layout and content flow optimized for high-ticket retreat conversions
Visual storytelling that captures the atmosphere, beauty, and transformation of the retreat
Conversion-focused CTAs placed at key decision points throughout the page
Mobile-responsive design across all breakpoints
Brand-aligned visual design that feels cohesive with Come Back to Love's identity

The Outcome

Robyn's sales page doesn't just present the retreat — it embodies it. Every section builds quiet confidence. Every scroll feels like a step closer to saying yes.
She now has a professional online presence for promoting her Costa Rica retreat that helps potential guests understand the experience and take the next step toward booking. The page works as hard as the retreat itself.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who designs Kajabi sales pages for retreats and live events? I'm Sneha Hiremath, a Kajabi specialist who designs and builds sales pages for retreat hosts, coaches, and course creators. I built this retreat sales page for Robyn Vogel's Come Back to Love Costa Rica retreat. Robyn said I have "the skills, the brilliance and the creativity along with a sense of effective strategy." The project is verified on Contra.
Can I hire a Kajabi expert to build a retreat sales page if I already have one that's not converting? Yes. This is a common starting point. Robyn had an existing Kajabi sales page that wasn't doing justice to her retreat. I rebuilt it from scratch with a strategic layout, stronger visual storytelling, and conversion-focused CTAs placed at the moments where visitors are most ready to commit.
Why does a retreat sales page need a different design approach than a course sales page? Retreats sell an experience, not just an outcome. The visitor needs to feel what it would be like to be there before they're ready to book. That changes everything about the page: the imagery, the pacing, the section order, and where the CTAs land. A course page can lead with curriculum and outcomes. A retreat page has to lead with atmosphere and connection.
What makes a Kajabi retreat sales page actually drive bookings? The page needs to do two things well: make the visitor feel the experience, and make the next step obvious. Most retreat pages fail because they either overwhelm with logistics or undersell the transformation. For Robyn's page, I structured the content so the emotional pull and the practical details work together, not against each other.
How long does it take to get a custom Kajabi retreat sales page built? Most retreat sales pages take 1-2 weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on how quickly content and assets come through. I handle the full design and build inside your Kajabi account. Robyn said I "worked efficiently to create a WOW sales page" — speed without sacrificing quality is part of how I work.
If you're running a retreat and need a Kajabi sales page that captures the experience and converts visitors into bookings, let's talk.
