The Fish is a colony architect giving two speeches: the welcome address on opening day, and the private council meeting five months later when the ocean has gone empty and nobody is supposed to know yet. I built this tool to provide clarity to the women who are already living in a skewed version of life that comes at their own expense. I now use my skills to create chatbots and AI tools just like this for coaches and mentors. Having a tool like this in your offerings allows you to free up the time you would use answering your clients' questions and reading messages and give you peace of mind knowing your clients have access to your teachings even when you aren't available. She's incredible at what she does. But she was also answering the same parent questions at all hours — on weekends, after bedtime, during dinner. When you run a daycare out of your home, there's no front desk between you and the next "do you offer weekend care?" text. So I built Sunny😊 Sunny is a custom AI chatbot that lives on her website. It answers parent questions 24/7 using the owner's actual policies, her actual language, and her actual boundaries. Not generic daycare responses — her voice. 🧠 What Sunny handles: - Hours, tours, age range, curriculum, and waitlist signups - The full illness and exclusion policy — fever thresholds, lice exposure rules, pink eye return requirements — walked through conversationally, one question at a time - After-hours and weekend boundaries (warm but clear — no babysitting, no exceptions) - Address privacy — the home address is never shared until a tour is confirmed 💯 What Sunny doesn't do: - Quote pricing — every family gets a personalized rate from the owner directly - Make promises — anything requiring judgment gets flagged immediately - Pretend to be human — she identifies herself as Sunny, the daycare assistant 👍 What The owner gets: - An admin dashboard with every conversation, every flagged question, every waitlist signup - Email notifications the moment something needs her attention - A closed days manager she can update herself — holidays, vacations, staff days - A live prompt editor so she can adjust what Sunny says without touching code - Full ownership — the bot lives on her own account, not mine 🎉 The result: parents get instant answers.
