Had a lot of fun with this one. I challenged myself to create a photorealistic fashion editorial using only Midjourney. Pretty blown away by the results.

They Said AI Can't Be Art... So I Made This. The debate around AI art is one of the most important conversations in the creative world right now. Is it the tool that defines the artist, or the vision and intention behind it? This is my take. Every piece in this video was crafted with a specific vision, using Midjourney as my digital paintbrush. The human element is in the concept, the curation, and the endless refinement. What do you think? Let me know in the comments.

Hey Contra fam! 👋 A lot of you saw Version 1 of my Interstellar AI project when it won 2nd place in the CapCut Video Studio Challenge recently. The support from this community during that run was absolutely unreal, so I wanted to share the next evolution with you first. Here is Version 2. I wanted to see how far I could push the current AI video stack to mimic high-end cinematic language. I built this entirely from scratch—made in Higgsfield—to try and nail a very specific, gritty, and tactile aesthetic. Dialing in the prompt architecture to get consistent, heavy motion (like the massive wave and the curved space station) took a lot of trial and error, but the level of control Higgsfield offers creators right now is incredible. I’m always refining my prompt workflow for client projects, but passion pieces like this are where the real R&D happens. If anyone is currently building out their own AI video pipelines or wrestling with motion consistency, drop a comment! I’d love to chat about what tools you’re all testing right now.

When clients ask what the difference is between a generated video and a directed AI video, this is the benchmark. This project explores a high-end, cinematic visual language—specifically targeting a gritty aesthetic. The Workflow: Prompt Architecture: Built initial shot structures using custom Tapebot integration for precise, repeatable visual rules. Motion Generation: Orchestrated complex motion pipelines using Seedance and Nano Banana Pro, focusing on the physical impact of the subjects (like the heavy gallop of the horse) and subtle camera tracking. Sound Design: Grounded the generated visuals using isolated, ambient foley to build tension, proving that premium sound design is non-negotiable for AI content. Available now for AI Video Lead roles and creative motion projects. Let's build something cinematic.

Nobody tells you that the hardest part of freelancing is the waiting. Waiting for the right brief. The right client. The right moment to feel ready. For a long time I treated momentum like something that arrives if you're patient enough. This summer I'm done waiting for the current. I'd rather be it:) So I made this. A swimmer caught mid-stroke, blurred because she's moving, while the only thing holding still long enough to read is the word. I built it backwards on purpose: the image is frozen but full of motion, and the text is the part that actually moves. A still that's all velocity, a motion that's all calm. That contrast is the whole feeling. The process: - Ideogram to generate the swimmer, motion blur and all - Canva for grain and a bit of the moody texture - Framer for the moving text, because if momentum is the theme, I wanted the motion to be real, not faked. Also because I'm spending this summer chasing more Framer work for Formeta, so I figured I'd practice what I preach - Screen recorded the final piece to capture the motion Movement as meditation. The work moves when I do. What's the energy you're swimming into this summer?

Interesting references don't always come from the same category. This was an old social media design experiment for a bond repair shampoo in a minimalist style. Searching for shampoo ads usually leads to more shampoo ads. Water splashes, ingredients, and hair strands have been explored for decades, so it's easy to end up with visuals that feel familiar. Some of the references for this concept came from nature instead of beauty campaigns. The gecko wasn't there just for decoration. Its texture and regenerative qualities opened up compositions that I wouldn't have reached by looking at beauty ads alone. Using more colors, more elements, and showing the entire product doesn't automatically make a visual stronger. Especially for social media, the first job is to stop the scroll. Sometimes showing only a part of the product, leaving plenty of negative space, or introducing an unexpected element creates more curiosity and interaction than another product shot. Rules are useful, but they're not always the answer. Small changes are often enough to make people stop and take a second look. A few frames from an old exploration. Did it break the pattern for you?

Sharing a set of jewelry visuals centered on hand modeling and controlled composition. I focused on precise hand poses, controlled lighting, and clean composition in these visuals. The frames stay clean, with even skin tone, tight reflections, and a clear material finish. Each gesture guides attention into the jewelry without breaking balance or flow. Light stays controlled across images, so depth and surface response remain consistent. The result holds a premium feel without relying on excess or visual noise. This is how I approach jewelry visuals using AI as a controlled system. Open to working with brands and designers on similar directions.
