It's a free web app for the family member doing most of the caregiving for an aging parent (usually a daughter carrying the load while siblings "stay updated"). A nine-screen wizard turns her invisible work into a printable care plan with real dollar values: who does what now, what that work costs at market rates, and a redistribution proposal the family can sit down and discuss. Built solo, end to end: research in caregiver communities, product definition, content design under heavy emotional constraints, visual design, and code. Vanilla JS with no framework, mobile-first, installable as a PWA, WCAG AAA verified with automated audits. The whole thing runs on privacy: no accounts, no server-side storage. A finished plan lives in the browser and travels as an encoded link; analytics are cookieless and never see what anyone typed. Live at careweight.org (http://careweight.org)

The primary focus was on improving customer engagement, account architecture, security, personalization, and overall UX while keeping the codebase modular and performant. Key Deliverables Interactive storefront and custom plushie experience Customer and administrator dashboard separation Guest wishlist functionality with account synchronization Enhanced authentication and admin security Interactive shopping and personalization features Responsive, lightweight frontend architecture 🧸 1. Interactive Storefront Experience Built a highly interactive storefront designed around the brand's playful customer experience. Key features include: Interactive Plushie Customizer: Real-time customization of fur colors, aromas, accessories, and engraved tags. Mood Matcher: Recommends plush companions based on the visitor's selected mood. Size & Hug Comparison: Interactive visual comparisons to help customers understand product dimensions. Cloud Hop Arcade: HTML5 Canvas mini-game with reward-based shopping incentives. Adoption Certificates: Generates personalized post-purchase certificates with registry information and print/PDF-friendly formatting. Web Audio Interactions: Custom audio feedback for selected UI interactions, product actions, and ambient experiences. 🛡️ 2.
