SaleTrackerPro: tenant isolation and access controls

A multi-tenant application needs clear boundaries between organizations and between the people inside each one.
For SaleTrackerPro, I delivered an admin restructure and security hardening covering tenant isolation, role-based permissions, authentication and invitations, MFA, impersonation controls, rate limiting and audit visibility. Regression tests and deployment safeguards supported the changes.
This is paid client software work delivered to production. It is included here as evidence of application and access-control engineering. The delivered work was non-AI; a proposed AI phase is separate and is not presented as shipped.
The case describes the implemented scope. It makes no claim about a measured reduction in incidents, user adoption or business ROI.
Illustrated example: different team members get the access they need to manage the workspace, work on deals or view information.
