Client notes, decisions and unfinished work can get scattered across AI conversations. Operator OS gives the assistant a persistent workspace to return to, so the next session starts with the context already recorded.
I built the workspace around readable business files, reusable workflows and executable checks. Client information and approved decisions stay separate from generated drafts. The assistant can prepare proposals and invoices, maintain a daily log and surface dated commitments.

Keep control of the next step

Before starting a task, the assistant reads the operating rules and relevant context. Workflows define the steps, and checks catch specific mistakes before files are committed or shared. External actions require human approval.
For a client proposal, that means returning to the saved decisions and open tasks, preparing the next draft and reviewing it before it leaves the workspace.

Inspect the implementation

The public template includes setup guidance, a fictional business example, reusable workflows and executable checks. It is built for a single operator, with plain-text files you can inspect independently of the AI tool.
