Kutu AI is a B2B AI startup; they built and currently maintain a customer intelligence platform and its various internal and external tools.

I was a part of the team for nearly four years. When I first joined the team, the team was barely there which was, in hindsight, a great opportunity for me. I contributed to many projects and later on, led many others. Being there at the birth of a startup, there is a pace issue -there are ideas that need to come to life before they lose their novelty. So I learned how to be fast with development, how to balance speed with quality, and later on how to go back on a project and untangle the bits you sacrificed for speed 😂

I have experience working with various tools. I will list them based on prominence and my experience with them:

Back-End: Django, Flask, Node

Front-End: React, Vue.js

I also have experience with various CSS frameworks, database management tools, cloud services, microframeworks (Svelte, Alpine), and visualization tools.

We needed to bring in a lot of data from various sources (whatever source the customer needs). So I built over 60 integrations and created and managed the data pipelines. The most important thing I did in the company was optimize the database operations for speed.

On the more front-facing bit, we built tools for the customers to engage with the analyzed data. A lot of data visualization goes into that. We gave customers the tools and options to customize tools according to their needs which requires a very fluid frontend.
