Honestly, these types of animations take a long time to produce, but it feels so good when you see them all together! All you can see here was done in Figma and Ae. No scripts or crazy plug-ins, just keyframes🔥

This technical setup features modular outfits to swap styles without re-animating, custom viseme mapping for automated lip-sync driven by AI audio, and an integrated State Machine that manages all transitions and poses in one high-performance file. The result is a lightweight, scalable asset that reduces technical debt and simplifies product evolution.
