Imagine working in a pleasant environment, with colleagues who care about your well-being and employers who offer you an excellent work-life balance. They also allow you to grow within the company, and if you ever feel unwell or need to prioritize your personal life, they give you the day off... Sounds impossible, right? Well, companies that have the “Great Place to Work” label are the ones that strive for that ideal, and most importantly, they exist.

The company I've been a part of for almost seven years won this award, and to celebrate, I decided to create this animation, because when you work at what you love, things come from the heart.

All the photos you see are real — genuine moments, scenes, laughter, and meaningful memories. The goal was to honor them through a simple and heartfelt animation.
