UGC AD TESTING SYSTEM

Built a workflow that turns market insight into high-converting ad creatives. Instead of guessing what to create, it structures the entire decision process — from audience psychology to final visual. Try it here: https://www.morphic.com/en/workflows/019dcab9-466e-7790-9aa0-6f311a3e44f1/ad-creative-generator

Most creatives don’t fail because of ideas. They fail because creative decisions are made without a system. That’s the real bottleneck in paid media: teams don’t lack creativity — they lack a structured way to decide what should be created in the first place. So I rebuilt how creative strategy works. I built a FLORA (https://www.linkedin.com/company/floraai/) Technique: UGC Performance Engine https://lnkd.in/gbC8ihVx (https://lnkd.in/gbC8ihVx)A repeatable system that transforms a single product brief into structured creative hypotheses for performance testing. Instead of random variations, it generates three intentional ad directions: → Attention: scroll-stopping hook → Conversion: direct response ad → Trust: social proof concept Before: Creative direction is based on intuition, with no shared framework. After: Creative direction is defined as structured hypotheses before production begins. This is the shift: From making ads → to designing the system that decides which ads get made. From intuition-based testing → to structured creative decision systems. This removes randomness from creative production and replaces it with repeatable performance logic. And this is the real change: Paid media is evolving from content creation… into creative engineering. Built inside FLORA (https://www.linkedin.com/company/floraai/) for the #FLORATechnique (https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=%23floratechnique&origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED) Challenge.

Most creative workflows are rebuilt from scratch every time. That’s the bottleneck. Great creatives don’t scale effort — they scale systems. I built something to change that: Conversion Creative Intelligence Engine™ Try the Technique here: 🔗 https://lnkd.in/gJu9FcEg (https://lnkd.in/gJu9FcEg)Built inside FLORA (https://www.linkedin.com/company/floraai/) using the Technique Builder, this system behaves like a performance strategist. Before: Creative work often starts with outputs — hooks, visuals, or scripts — without a defined decision structure. After: Creative work starts with structured decisions before anything is generated. It defines: • Strategy & ad angles • Audience clarity • High-converting hooks • Visual direction • Script logic Most AI tools generate content. This system structures decisions. #FLORATechnique (https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=%23floratechnique&origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED)

I created this 30-second piece to portray a vampire-hunter story featuring an action scene with a unique approach. It was also a great opportunity to try Seedance 2.5 capabilities and the director mode in CapCut. This sequence belongs in the same universe as a long-format series. Also, it works as an stand alone back story for the character, in which some of the scenes will be used as flashbacks and will contribute to the development of that character through the series.

One reference image. Nine cinematic keyframes. A complete fight scene. Upload your input, describe the mood and setting, and this workflow builds 9 keyframes optimized for action sequences. Made for filmmakers, storyboard artists, and editors who move fast. Workflow Link: https://www.morphic.com/en/workflows/019d9843-3e90-772b-aca8-9152d475f316/cinematic-fight-scene

This is my submission for the FLORA Technique Challenge 🎉 This technique allows you to create cinematic coverage of a two-shot interrogation, multi-angle scene with only one reference image. Also, it doesn't necessarily need to be an interrogation scene; this technique also works in another context that involves a two-shot situation, like two people talking at a restaurant or on a bench on the street. Possibilities are endless! How the workflow works: when the user uploads the input, it reads it and creates 9 different angles from the scene, starting with a two-shot scene. All in one click — repeatable and shareable. Built for: AI Filmmakers, storyboard artists, and editors. Technique Link: https://app.flora.ai/techniques/interrogation-scene

It's awesome to see that finally motion control in AI is catching up to fast movement and adaptability, a few months ago it was nearly impossible to adhere fast movement with motion control, it's certainly not perfect yet but a very good improvement. What do you think?
