Supporting The Neural Edit Behind the Scenes in Kajabi

Oksana Pali needed ongoing Kajabi support for The Neural Edit, covering campaign implementation, platform organization, and the technical tasks involved in running her online business.
I worked with her as a Kajabi Operator, handling assigned platform tasks and reporting on progress. The work included support for the 21-day “Feel Like Yourself Again” email sequence, contact tags, offers, email organization, and research into quiz options.
This was an ongoing support engagement with several connected pieces of work. Some tasks involved preparing a specific campaign. Others involved organizing the account or investigating how a future idea could fit into the business.
My responsibility was to turn those requests into practical work inside Kajabi and keep Oksana informed about what had been completed, what was underway, and what needed her input.

What Oksana needed help with

The Neural Edit had content and campaign ideas that required implementation in Kajabi.
A sequence could involve multiple emails, a clear order, supporting account organization, and decisions about the audience. Offers and contact tags needed attention alongside that campaign work. New ideas, such as using a quiz, also required research before choosing an implementation approach.
Oksana needed someone who could work through those platform details and maintain continuity between tasks.
I supported that work directly in Kajabi. Our collaboration included written task updates and weekly reports, giving her a way to review progress and provide direction as the work developed.
The scope combined campaign support with the ongoing organization of the platform.

My role as the Kajabi Operator

I handled the Kajabi work myself, with Oksana providing the business direction and feedback.
My contribution included:
Working on the implementation of the 21-day email sequence.
Organizing campaign emails and folders.
Handling tasks involving contact tags and offers.
Researching quiz options for a potential future experience.
Tracking outstanding work and questions.
Providing weekly support reports.
The requests varied in size. Some were individual account updates. Others required working through a larger set of related items, such as the emails belonging to a multi-week sequence.
I kept those tasks connected through the reporting process so Oksana could see the state of the work without having to inspect every item in the account herself.

Supporting the “Feel Like Yourself Again” sequence

One of the main pieces of work was a 21-day email sequence called “Feel Like Yourself Again.”
The sequence was organized around three stages: Unburdening, Reconnection, and Return. That structure gave the campaign a progression and provided a practical framework for organizing its emails.
My work focused on the Kajabi side of the sequence: preparing and organizing the email assets, maintaining their order, and handling the related implementation tasks.
With a sequence of this length, individual emails need to be easy to identify during review. The campaign also needs to remain understandable as a whole. I worked on the organization around those assets so the different stages and their place in the sequence could be followed.
This supported the review process as well. Feedback could be connected to the relevant email or stage, and outstanding items could be included in the task updates.
The project gave me a specific campaign to implement within the wider operations engagement, with its own content structure and supporting platform work.

Organizing emails, tags, and offers

Alongside the sequence, I handled tasks involving email folders, contact tags, and offers.
These are separate parts of Kajabi, but they can be related within the same campaign or customer experience. Working on them required attention to both the individual request and its context within the account.
Email organization was particularly relevant while working on the 21-day sequence. Grouping related assets made it easier to locate the campaign material and continue working through it over multiple sessions.
Tags and offers were also part of the assigned platform work. I handled those tasks according to the scope and direction provided, with updates included in the reporting process.
This account organization mattered because the work continued over time. Each session needed a clear starting point, and the status of the existing work needed to remain visible.

Researching quiz options

The engagement also included research into quiz options.
This was exploratory work for a potential future experience. Before building anything, the available approaches needed to be understood and considered in relation to Kajabi.
I investigated options with the practical implementation in mind: how a quiz might fit into the visitor journey, what information it could collect, and how it might connect with the rest of the platform.
That research helped turn a broad idea into something that could be discussed more concretely. It provided context for choosing an approach and defining the work that a future implementation would involve.
The quiz research was its own part of the engagement. The completed work described here was the investigation, rather than a claim that a quiz had been launched.

Keeping the collaboration clear

Weekly reports were an important part of how I supported Oksana.
They gave her a written view of the work and a place to review completed tasks, outstanding items, and questions. They also helped maintain continuity between work sessions.
That was useful when a request depended on feedback or when several related tasks were being handled together. I could identify the item that needed a decision and keep it visible alongside the rest of the work.
For an ongoing operations engagement, communication is part of the delivery. The platform changes need to be accompanied by enough context for the client to understand their status.
I used those reports to make the support reviewable and keep the next steps clear.

What the engagement delivered

The work provided The Neural Edit with hands-on Kajabi support across campaign implementation, account organization, and research.
The main campaign work centered on the 21-day “Feel Like Yourself Again” sequence and its three-stage structure. Supporting tasks covered email folders, contact tags, offers, and the organization needed to continue reviewing the work.
Quiz research added a separate planning component, while weekly reports documented progress and outstanding decisions.
My contribution was the operational work behind those items: implementing requests, organizing the relevant assets, and keeping Oksana informed as the engagement progressed.
This project demonstrates how I support a creator who already has a direction and needs someone to handle the Kajabi work that brings it into the platform.
