Petra Kolber: Kajabi Operations & Support

Website updates and technical support within an established Kajabi account.

Project overview
Petra Kolber is a keynote speaker and author of The Perfection Detox. Her professional work brings together positive psychology, confidence, personal reinvention, and the experiences she creates for her audience.
Her website provides a central place for visitors to explore that work and learn more about her professional brand.
I worked with Petra on website support and technical operations within her existing Kajabi setup. My contribution focused on implementing website updates, addressing technical tasks, and supporting the platform environment behind her online presence.
The engagement involved working directly within an established account, where changes needed to fit the website and configuration already in place.

The objective

The objective was to provide practical Kajabi implementation support for an existing online business.
That included updating website content and handling technical work within the account. Each task needed to be considered in context: where the change belonged, how it affected the surrounding page, and what visitors would encounter afterward.
A website update can involve several connected elements. Replacing content may require adjusting its presentation. Updating a link requires checking its destination. Working on a form means considering both what visitors see and what happens after they submit it.
My role was to handle those implementation details inside Kajabi.

My responsibilities

I handled the website and technical work directly, bringing both areas into the same engagement.
The work covered three practical categories:

Website content and media updates

I worked on updates to existing pages, including changes to text and visual assets.
For this type of work, inserting the new material is only part of the task. The update also needs to fit the page’s layout, remain readable, and make sense alongside the surrounding content.
I considered the relationship between the updated material and the existing page, including spacing, placement, and the way visitors would encounter it.
The focus was on implementing changes within Petra’s established website and visual identity.

Links and forms

I worked on visitor-facing connections, including links and forms within the Kajabi setup.
These elements connect the information on a page with the next action a visitor takes. A button might lead to another page, while a form introduces an interaction that continues beyond its visible fields.
My work involved reviewing the relevant destination or behavior and addressing the configuration associated with the task.
This required looking at the connection between the public-facing element and its supporting setup inside Kajabi.

Technical troubleshooting

I also handled technical tasks within the existing account.
Troubleshooting starts with understanding the behavior involved. What is happening? What should happen? Which page element or configuration controls that behavior?
I approached these tasks by examining the affected area, identifying the relevant implementation detail, and making the appropriate adjustment.
The scope combined this technical work with website support, allowing the engagement to cover both page updates and platform tasks.

How I approached the work

Working within an established account requires attention to what is already there.
The website has existing content, a visual identity, and a structure. The account also contains configurations that influence how its public-facing elements behave.
I approached the work through a straightforward sequence:

1. Understand the requested change

I started with the purpose of the update or technical task.
That meant identifying the affected page or account area and understanding the intended behavior. Establishing the expected result provided a reference for the implementation.

2. Review the existing setup

Before making the change, I looked at the relevant content, layout, or configuration.
This helped establish where the update belonged and which existing elements needed consideration. The aim was to work within the account’s context rather than treating every change as an isolated task.

3. Implement the update

I carried out the work inside Kajabi, handling the page changes or technical adjustments associated with the request.
For website tasks, that involved the content and its presentation. For technical tasks, it involved the relevant platform settings or connections.

4. Review the affected experience

After implementation, I reviewed the area involved in the task.
For a content update, the relevant question was how the revised material appeared within the page. For a link or form, the review concerned the destination or behavior associated with that element.
This kept the review tied to the work being delivered.

Working within Petra’s existing website

This engagement took place within an established business and an existing Kajabi environment.
That context shaped the work. Updates needed to sit comfortably within the website, while technical adjustments needed to account for the configuration already supporting it.
My contribution brought together the visible website and the platform work behind it. Website presentation and technical behavior were both part of the implementation responsibilities.
Petra’s professional content and business direction provided the context. My role was the hands-on work within Kajabi.

Delivered work

I delivered website updates and technical operations support within Petra’s existing Kajabi setup.
The contribution included content and media updates, work on visitor-facing connections, and technical troubleshooting within the account.
The project illustrates the operational side of my work with established businesses: implementing changes, examining technical behavior, and supporting an existing website within the platform it already uses.
The value of this engagement was practical implementation support across both the website and its supporting account environment.
