Nordic Meditation Club Kajabi Redesign and Funnel Implementation by Poncho BlackNordic Meditation Club Kajabi Redesign and Funnel Implementation by Poncho Black
I worked with Nordic Meditation Club on a Kajabi redesign and funnel implementation.
The project brought together two connected parts of the online experience: how the business presented itself through its website, and how visitors moved toward the next action.
My role covered the design work and implementation within Kajabi. I approached the website and funnel together, considering how the presentation, content, and page transitions contributed to the overall experience.
The aim was to create a coherent journey that visitors could understand and navigate.
The objective
The project focused on updating the Kajabi experience and implementing the funnel supporting it.
The website needed to introduce the business, organize its content, and make the relevant next step visible. The funnel needed to continue that experience through the pages associated with that action.
I approached the work around three priorities:
Establish a consistent visual direction across the project.
Organize information into a readable sequence.
Give visitors clear routes between the website and funnel.
These priorities provided a basis for both the design decisions and the implementation.
My role
I handled the Kajabi redesign and funnel work directly.
That involved developing the page presentation, arranging content within the layouts, and implementing the pages and connections forming the visitor journey.
The work combined visual design with platform implementation. Choices about headings, spacing, imagery, and buttons needed to function within the Kajabi environment where the experience was being built.
My responsibility was to bring those elements together within the project’s scope.
Redesigning the website experience
A restrained visual direction
For a meditation-related brand, I approached the design with an emphasis on readable content and comfortable pacing.
The intention was to let visitors absorb the information without competing visual elements demanding attention at every point.
I used the relationship between typography, imagery, and spacing to establish hierarchy. Headings introduced the main ideas, supporting text provided detail, and calls to action marked the relevant next steps.
The design direction also needed to remain consistent as visitors moved between pages.
A purposeful content sequence
I considered the order in which information appeared.
Visitors arriving at a website need enough context to understand what they are looking at before deciding whether to explore further. The page structure therefore needed to introduce the business, develop the relevant information, and place the next action where it made sense.
I organized the layouts around that progression.
Each section had a defined purpose within the page. The relationship between sections helped establish a reading sequence, while the visual hierarchy distinguished introductory information from supporting detail.
Calls to action within the layout
Buttons and links were treated as part of the page structure.
Their placement needed to correspond with the information visitors had encountered. Their wording also needed to communicate the destination or action clearly.
I considered where visitors would be ready to continue and how the layout could make that option easy to identify.
This connected the design work with the funnel being implemented alongside it.
Implementing the funnel
The funnel work extended the visitor journey beyond the website’s introductory content.
I considered how people would enter the funnel, what information they would encounter, and how the pages would guide them toward the intended action.
The implementation centered on three elements:
The entry experience
The entry point needed to establish context quickly.
I considered the relationship between the preceding website content and the funnel page, including how the visual presentation and message carried across the transition.
The purpose was to make the destination feel like a continuation of the experience visitors had already started.
Information supporting the decision
Within the funnel, the content needed to support the next step.
I arranged the page elements so that visitors could encounter the relevant explanation before reaching the associated action.
Headings, supporting copy, and buttons worked together to establish that sequence. The layout gave the information room to be read while keeping the next step visible.
Connections between pages
The page transitions formed part of the implementation.
I reviewed the links and calls to action connecting the experience, considering where each one led and whether the destination matched its wording.
This tied the funnel’s structure to its practical behavior inside Kajabi.
Working across screen sizes
I considered how the layouts adapted to smaller screens.
A desktop arrangement can change substantially when columns stack and content flows into a narrower space. The mobile presentation therefore needed attention to reading order, spacing, image placement, and button accessibility.
I reviewed the page hierarchy across screen sizes so that the main information and next actions remained identifiable.
The focus was on preserving the purpose of each section as its layout changed.
Implementation and review
I built the redesign and funnel within Kajabi, then reviewed the relevant page experience.
The review covered the presentation of content, the behavior of links and buttons, and the transitions included in the funnel.
I looked at how the implemented pages worked together, checking the relationship between the website’s visual direction and the funnel experience.
This provided a final opportunity to address layout or connection issues within the delivered scope.
Delivered work
The project brought together a Kajabi redesign and funnel implementation for Nordic Meditation Club.
My contribution covered the page design, platform implementation, and connections forming the visitor journey.
The finished work combined the website presentation with the funnel built as part of the engagement.
