This workforce stability self-assessment tool was developed to help organizations identify operational risks related to documentation practices, workforce continuity, onboarding systems, and monitoring readiness. Designed for nonprofits, community-based organizations, and mission-driven teams, the framework encourages proactive evaluation of internal systems before staffing disruptions, compliance concerns, or funding reviews create operational strain. The project combined strategic content development, organizational systems thinking, and structured assessment design to create a practical resource organization can use to strengthen sustainability, continuity, and long-term operational readiness.

Most people still associate Community Health Workers (CHWs) strictly with healthcare systems. But CHWs are becoming increasingly valuable far beyond traditional clinical settings. Their real strength is helping organizations bridge the gap between systems and real-life human challenges. Transportation issues. Housing instability. Food access. Childcare barriers. Mental health strain. Resource navigation. Workplace stress. These issues do not stay “personal.” They eventually show up inside organizations through absenteeism, burnout, communication breakdowns, and turnover. That’s why CHWs are becoming an important part of workforce stabilization and community support strategies. The organizations adapting best right now are the ones recognizing that operational stability and human stability are connected. Strong systems still require supported people.

I developed a custom AI-powered communication and civic engagement assistant designed to support educational outreach, structured discussions, and community-focused communication workflows.
