I led the influencer marketing strategy for Hanni, a clean beauty brand focused on sustainable, eco-friendly razors and self-care essentials. My work centered on building a community-first creator ecosystem that authentically aligned with the brand’s mission.
I developed and launched The Lazy Collective, Hanni’s flagship influencer network celebrating ease, self-care, and sustainability, and introduced Lazy University, the campus ambassador program designed to bring the brand onto college campuses through organic, community-led storytelling.
I sourced, onboarded, and managed a growing network of 150+ creators, overseeing gifting, product seeding, content direction, and the overall creator experience. Through strategic casting and relationship-building, these programs drove high-quality UGC, strengthened brand loyalty, and expanded Hanni’s presence across new audiences.
