Chronic illness has already stolen enough of your life. It doesn’t need your social calendar too. This is Plan-ISH, my submission for the @Base44 Challenge on @Contra. A FREE app for people with an invisible chronic illness who are sick of choosing between having a life and spending the next week recovering from it. I built it with Base44, step by step: design, planner, automations and voice. I’m living this myself. I know what it’s like to want to do something completely normal, like a dinner, a wedding or Christmas, and first have to calculate whether my body can handle it. Sometimes you just stop making plans. Not because you don’t want to go, but because the aftermath feels like too much. Sometimes I just want to go to a bloody dinner and have a good time. So I built Plan-ISH. What it does: ➔ Plans the days before, the event itself and your recovery afterwards, around the energy you actually have ➔ Helps you ask for what you need, and writes the awkward message to the host ➔ Works with your voice, because some days typing is an Olympic sport ➔ Turns your symptoms into one clear page for your doctor ➔ Sends reminders and check-ins on its own ➔ Has a low-light mode for migraine days, and comebacks for every “but you don’t look sick” Will it guarantee you won’t have a flare-up? Absolutely f*cking not. But it can help you prepare better, respect your limits and actually enjoy the things you love. We deserve more than managing our illnesses. We deserve to live.

Building a website with a corporate touch — it had been a while since I’d worked on a project like this, and I absolutely loved it! The client came prepared with a clear branding guide, strong copy, and a clear vision of what they wanted. And honestly, that makes such a difference. Within just 3 weeks, I had the entire website and platform fully set up and ready to sell. Front end? Done. Back end? Done. Full customer journey? Done. This was such a lovely project to work on, and everything came together so smoothly. Not because building a complete website and platform is always “easy,” but because the client gave me everything I needed from the start. Clear direction. Clear branding. Clear copy. Quick feedback. It meant I could focus on what I do best: taking all those pieces and turning them into a polished, functional platform that’s ready for business. And when the review rounds are a breeze? Even better. What I did for this project: - Built and designed the 10-page website - Set up the Kajabi Coaching Products - Created and customized the checkout pages - Set up and branded all essential system pages - Connected the front-end website with the back-end systems Made sure the entire platform was fully functional and ready to sell

17 years in prison. No real childhood. No normal life. The drug world was all he knew. Until one day, he decided he was done. Done with prison. Done with the choices that kept pulling him back. Done with the life he had always known. JC chose a different path and then decided to help others do the same. He founded Wrong To Strong to support inmates and their family as they prepare to leave prison, helping them make that walk home with hope, guidance, and the tools to build a better life. Because getting out of prison is one thing. Building a life you don’t want to escape from is another. It was an absolute pleasure working with JC and helping him bring his mission to life by setting up his Kajabi website and academy. This was so much more than building a website. It was about helping create a platform that can give people a real second chance.

This project was a true transformation from start to finish. What started as an existing Kajabi setup quickly turned into a complete rebrand. Everything changed: → The website design → The course experience → The pricing structure → The email sequences → The fonts and branding → The overall customer journey Projects like these remind me that Kajabi isn't just about setting up pages and automations. It's about creating an experience that reflects the business today, not the business it was years ago. There's something incredibly rewarding about taking an outdated setup and turning it into a brand that feels fresh, aligned, and ready for growth. The best part? Seeing all the individual pieces come together into one seamless experience for both the business owner and their students. These are the kinds of projects I absolutely love working on.

My favorite interaction from my recent work for Starfish Studios (https://starfishstudios.framer.website/). The perfect touch of playfulness for an industry-leading Minecraft development agency.

Local Electric (https://contra.com/products/4IzpFm6d-local-electric-framer-template) is a Free Framer template for the next generation of skilled tradespeople and professional service providers. I built Local Electric because all of the websites I've seen for electricians, plumbers, cleaners, landscapers, etc. look exactly the same. They're professional but they miss the mark when it comes to creating a brand that shows neighborly personality, builds trust, and makes folks want to work with you.

LET'S TELL STORIES TOGETHER-

Over the past few weeks, I have shared a lot of what I have been working towards for years with Halate (https://www.linkedin.com/company/halate/). It’s the part of my life I share most often, and something that genuinely makes me proud. But there are also other sides of me that I like to share every once in a while. Building a personal brand and starting a new company are deeply personal. It can feel like you are creating something for yourself, but in ways it can also feel like you are simply trying to make enough money to pay the rent and cover your basic needs. Sometimes I feel like just another cog in the machine we call capitalism. Over the last few years I have been working a lot on myself and trying to see who I really am and what I really want. But because of internal and external struggles I also feel like a ghost in a shell that is just here to fulfill the social standards that we have build. I struggle with depression, loneliness and a general feeling of uselessness. I question life often and a lot of times it feels meaningless. Besides those internal struggles, I am constantly confronted by everything happening around us… trying to find a home, searching for more work, struggling to form meaningful connections, the state of the world, people blaming minorities for society’s problems, the rise of AI and whatever else comes next… These thoughts occupy my mind almost every day. Even though I have managed to turn my passion into my work, I still struggle to tell my own stories and express my own creativity. So from today, I want to do something with these thoughts and struggles. I want to make space for my own stories, not to chase likes or views and not because I expect to change anyone’s mind. Simply to express myself, for myself.

Today, we’re launching Halate. 🎬 After months of building, creating, refining and probably overthinking a few things along the way, it’s finally time to share what we’ve been working on. Halate is the next chapter for @Omar Duyarlar and me, a creative production studio built around something we both care deeply about: telling stories through film. We partner with brands to turn ideas, innovations and real experiences into films that people actually want to watch. From case studies and product films to event productions. But instead of writing a long post about who we are and what we do, we made a film about it. So… meet Halate. This is just the beginning. halate.io (http://halate.io)
